During the summer, (May 29 - August 14, 2016) classes meet at 9:00 am and worship begins at 10:00 am

Old Testament Studies
Dr. Earl Huyser begins his lectures in the Chapel. He examines the correlation between the sevular history of areas like Egypt, Mesopotamia and other sites in the Fertile Crescent. Comparing historical informaiton which has become available in recent years with what we find in the Bible, he presents perspective reminding us that the Bible was not intended to be a history, but rather a revelation of the relationship of God and man.

Feasting on the Word and Other Timely Topics
For Feasting on the Word, Pastor Mary Newberg Gale leads this class in a study of the weekly lectionary. At times other topics on aspects of our faith feature guest speakers. Recent classes have featured classes by FPC Eco Team, the Heidelberg Catechism. Join us in the Fireside Room.

Contemporary Issues Class
This class is a participant led discussion format usually of a selected book, but also offers speakers on current topics. In January 2015 the class will present the Eco Team Earth Care Series: A series of speakers and topics pertinent to our local and global ecological situation. Series runs from January 4 to February 1. Guests are welcome.
