Staff

All of our staff has been trained in Pediatric First Aid and CPR, Child Development, Signs and Symptoms of Illness, and Recognizing Child Abuse and Neglect including Head Trauma, as well as 16 hours of in-service training each year. All staff has had a health assessment and a background check with the Kansas Bureau of Investigation.

Student-To-Teacher Ratio

All classrooms have 2 teachers in them providing a teacher-to-student ratio of 1 to 4 in our 1 year old room, 1 to 5 in our 2 and 2.5 year old rooms, and 1 to 8 in our preschool rooms. This ensures that our students are getting the individual attention that they need to succeed.
