Adult Ministry

The Adult Ministry Committee is committed to offering a wide variety

of classes and topics on Sunday morning.  


During the school year classes begin at 9:45 am and last for about an hour.  

During the Summer we offer classes at 9:00 am prior to our worship at 10:00 am


All are welcome anytime.  We hope you will join us in a class that sparks your interest!


We are always open to your suggestions for class topics as well.

This group will be reading and discussing:  Common Ground: Talking About Gun Violence in America by Donald V. Gaffney.  Gaffney brings a calm and compassionate voice to complex questions.  Everyone is welcome to join in the discussion.

Fireside Room

September 22 and 29

Trigger - a movie developed by Presbyterian Disaster Asistance to spark conversation about the impact of gun violence on communities.  Join us to view the movie and then discuss.

October 6 and 13

The Intersection of Faith and Science -Mark Shiflett, distinguished professor in Chemical and Petroleum Engineering at KU will lead the discussion.
